Hi. My name is Changsub Lee from South Korea and I'm 15 years old!
My story:
I started loving skyscrapers (architectures) since when I was age 8, read a magazine about skyscrapers at elementary school library. Since then, I have learned more deeply about skyscrapers, searched books and the Internet, painted, and designed them myself. When I was 10 years old, I appeared on a TV program called "Finding Genius (by SBS)" under the title of Skyscraper Genius. Appearing on the TV program, I met James Von Klemper of KPF and the representatives of Lotte C&T. Since then, I have sent e-mails in advance while traveling to famous cities for high-rise buildings, met many architects, and visited many companies to develop my architectural knowledge.
With the advice of architects, I studied 3D programs and various and amazing charms of architectural technology. Sketchup and Lumion were used until April 2021, but with the help of architect Myonki Seong (founder of Gogoarchitecture) from Junglim Architecture, I was able to learn Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and more through GogoArchitecture.
On April 25, 2021, I decided to participate in the eVolo Skyscraper Competition 2022and started producing the Tower of Purification project. Result was not good BTW.
November 2022, I invited CTBUH Chicago Conference 2022, and I presented my skyscraper designs and my life at there, infront of about 900 architects. I also visited Illinois Institude of Technology with sevral students and proffesors. It was such an amazing month.
